How to use:

- As a food supplement, add 40 g (approximately 1 rounded scoop*) to 250-300 ml cold water, almond milk or fat-free milk in a shaker.
- Shake well until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved.
- Blending can significantly enhance mouth feel; if you want your shake to be even smoother and creamier, combine ingredients using a blender.
- If your shake is too thick, simply add more liquid.
- Using almond or dairy milk instead of water achieves a creamier and tastier end result.
