strictly no refunds or exchanges on any purchases including treatment packages. Manufacturing damaged items may be returned for a direct exchange for a new product with in 7 days of purchase.
If you do not want the product you purchased, you can return it in the condition received, sealed and unused within 7 days of purchase for a store credit voucher but no cash refunds will be given.
Courier Fees for Returns are are billed to the client.
Product Exchanges are only accepted upon confirmation of exchange by the brand supplier.
The standard rate of VAT is 15%. We reserve the right to amend or increase prices at our discretion or in the course of a sale. We operate other businesses independently, selling similar products by mail order and in our shops. The prices, although almost always the same, may vary from those shown.
All discount promotions exclude items on sale and delivery fees
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. In these circumstances, you will be advised.
While we have made every effort to show and describe our products as accurately as possible, in rare cases the final product may differ slightly from the images shown. We sometimes substitute products of a similar description where, for example, the original item becomes unavailable. Where this happens we will inform you at the time of ordering. We have tried to describe all products fairly and the weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. Packaging may vary from that shown.
Shipping within South Africa
Free domestic door-to-door delivery is offered on order values of R500.00 or more including VAT (South Africa only).
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days from receipt of payment. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Madison Square Trading / Cosmetology or our nominated couriers’ control, certain orders may take longer than the usual 2–5 working days for delivery. If this is the case we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Orders below R500.00 including VAT will be charged R80.00 for delivery. (South Africa only).
We will nominate a delivery option for you, where possible we will always use a courier, however, due to some area locations not being serviced by a nominated courier it is easier to use the South African Post Office service. If you require a courier delivery please advise us when placing your order.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received and processed. A second confirmation email will be sent once your items have been paid for in full and dispatched, also contained in this email will be the nominated courier’s tracking number with which you can track your parcel.
International Deliveries will be charged at R500.00 per order. International orders do not fall under the free domestic delivery offer of order values of R500.00 or more including VAT which is only applicable to orders in South Africa.
Delivery times for international deliveries vary and we suggest you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to arrange for a specific international delivery.

Q. What is the delivery time?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 working days of the order being placed. However, at busy periods such as Christmas and during a sale, the dispatch time can take a little longer. If you are in a hurry for your order, please contact us via the firstname.lastname@example.org address. For more details please see delivery information.
Q. Can I send items as gifts to a different address/to my place of work?
We can dispatch your parcel to any address, including your place of work. However, if you have paid by credit card we do need to have your invoice address (where your card is registered) to authorise your payment. Please ensure that we have both addresses.
Please note that if delivering via one of our preferred couriers we will require a physical address where someone can sign for the goods.
If you would prefer to have us deliver to a PO BOX we will only be able to deliver via the post office.
Q. What happens if I don’t like the items that I receive?
Our reputation depends on the accurate illustration and description of products in our catalogue. We aim to portray all items honestly and accurately, both in the image and the text. However, If you do not want the product you purchased, you can return it in the condition received, sealed and unused within 7 days of purchase for a store credit voucher but no cash refunds will be given, Manufacturing faults also to be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
Q. I registered on your website a while ago, but now I can’t remember my password. Help!
Don’t worry. Simply go to the login page and click on the help link. All you have to do is type in your email address and you will immediately be emailed with instructions and a new password.
Q. I was halfway through placing a large order on your website when I lost my connection. Do I have to start all over again?
If you were logged in when you started your order, your basket will have been saved. Simply login, go to My Account and click on Previous Baskets. From here you can reload your basket and proceed to the checkout, or carry on shopping.
If you have lost your connection and then come back on to the website, you will be prompted if you were halfway through a basket before being cut off, allowing you to resume from where you finished. This does depend on your computer set up and whether you have cookies enabled.
Q. I’ve heard a lot in the news about security issues, and my friends have told me not to give out my card details online. How secure is my data?

Q. I’m not sure if I’ve registered or not. How can I tell?
To log in, you need to know your email address and password. If you cannot remember if you are registered, click on the forgotten password link on the login page.
Q. Can I put some things in my basket and save them until I’m ready to order?
You need to be registered on the website in order to use this feature. All you need to do is add items to your basket, and they will then remain there until you are ready to order. If you close your browser session, you can reload your basket.
Simply login, go to My Account and click on Previous Baskets. From here you can reload your basket and proceed to the checkout, or carry on shopping.
Your baskets will not be saved for longer than 30 days.
Q. How do I track my order once it’s been placed?
Firstly, by logging in to your account you can view the status of your order by clicking on My Orders. If your parcel has not been dispatched and you have an enquiry, please contact us on 0877013304 or email email@example.com If your order has been dispatched you will receive an email once your parcel has reached our courier; by following the link you will be able to track your parcel. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Support Team.
Q. Can I add to my order after I have sent it?
Unfortunately not. Once you have completed your order, it goes so quickly through the system that it is impossible to add or delete things. Please double-check your order before you click the final Send button.
We hope that you will be delighted with all the goods you receive. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply contact us to arrange returning the items in an unused and resaleable condition within seven working days after receipt for a store credit note. Please note that in these cases we do not reimburse return postage cost. If you should choose an exchange a charge will be added for the re-delivery. This does not affect your consumer rights. In the unlikely event that any of your goods arrive damaged or faulty we will arrange a replacement for you, and reimburse the cost of returning the item if we have requested it back.
To return items please use the Contact Us form. The Customer Support department can then investigate your request and contact you to arrange/confirm details.

If your credit card authorisation fails this simply means that you have insufficient funds available or the card has expired.

When you download and use the APP, we need to store some personal data to make the activation run and remember who you are.
