How To Use:
As a food supplement, in a shaker add 40g (approximately 4 level scoops*) to 250ml – 300ml cold water, almond milk or fat free milk and shake well until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved. Blending can significantly enhance mouthfeel, if you want your shake to be even smoother and creamier, combine ingredients using a blender. If your shake is too thick, simply add more liquid.
