Metagenics MetaRelax® Fast is a fast-acting chewable tablet for moments of high stress. It is designed to support calming neurotransmission, rapid calming, stress resilience, and neurotransmitter balance in situations of acute or situational stress. The strawberry-flavoured formula contains GABA, magnesium glycerophosphate, magnesium bisglycinate, and folate, and is suitable for on-the-go use with no water required.
- Take 1-2 tablets up to 4 times per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
GABA: Primary inhibitory neurotransmitter; helps reduce neural overactivity and promotes relaxation and emotional balance.
Magnesium: Stress-sensitive mineral; supports GABA-A receptor activity, blocks NMDA receptors, reduces cortisol release, and supports serotonin synthesis and signalling.
Folate: Active folate form; supports mood balance, stress resilience, and serotonin and dopamine production.
GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), magnesium glycerophosphate, magnesium bisglycinate, folate as calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate. Other ingredients: stearic acid, citric acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, red beet powder (Beta vulgaris L.), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, magnesium carbonate. Contains sweeteners: mannitol, sucralose and steviol glycosides from stevia, strawberry flavour, vanilla flavour.
