Topialyse Huile Lavante is an ultra-gentle, luxurious cleansing oil enriched with 35 % lipid‑replenishing actives—omegas 3, 6, 9, niacinamide, and prebiotic sugars. It cleanses without soap, preserves the skin’s hydrolipidic film, protects against external aggressors (hard water, friction, cold), and delivers 24‑hour hydration to soothe itching and prevent dryness.
