The amount of flavonoid depends on the amount of processing and manufacturing the cacao powder undergoes, but cacao powder can contain up to 10% of its weight in flavonoid. However, its alkalization, also known as Dutch processing, causes its content of flavonoid to be substantially reduced.

Directions for use:
Mix one tablespoon in your salad, breakfast muesli or any other snacks. We recommend 2 tablespoons daily.
